Introduction:

Consortium "MS&E" is registered by the Sofia City Court in 1995 and is a union of four companies under Art. 275 of the Commercial Code of the Republic of Bulgaria with main activity in the field of meteorology and ecology:

- Development, manufacture, commissioning and servicing of professional meteorologic equipment, automatic stations and monitoring systems;

- Analyses and expertise, design and construction of meteorologic monitoring of large industrial facilities and information systems for tourism and agriculture;

- Development of specialized systems and customized software for various weather problems;

- Evaluation of weather resources for use as renewable energy sources.

Since 1998, in Consortium "MS&E" is implanted system for quality management ISO 9004. Since 2004, its entire business is certified under ISO 9001:2000, and from 2010 under ISO 9001:2008.

In Consortium "MS&E" all major activities are guided by recognized national and international specialists with scientific degrees and titles in their respective fields. Consortium "MS&E" has its own manufacturing and service facilities and test laboratory complex, which are all placed in Sofia.
